Zee B&W

Athleticism began at a very young age for me.  I started playing soccer at 7 years old and I started weightlifting in my early teens. I then turned to powerlifting and developed a desire to learn about health and fitness.

In 2003,  I became a licensed fitness coach.  A year later I added athlete conditioning coach certification to my resume.

I also specialize in:

  • Advanced Sports Nutrition (certified specialist)

  • Cardio Kickboxing (certified instructor)

  • Soccer Coaching

  • Powerlifting Coaching

It is very rewarding to see my clients' attitudes change and their stamina increase as they progress towards their goals.  I have found that working with clients on rehabilitation from injuries (knee reconstructions, shoulder repairs, torn Achilles recovery, etc.) to fitness goals, to training to conditioning is my true passion!

In short, I love what I do.

Over the years I had participated in many Fitness/ Powerlifting competitions (drug-free) and I had the honor to set several National and World records:

  • 1st place at the APF bench and deadlift championship/Featured in southern Muscle Mag; 2006.

  • World record in Deadlift 640 Lbs at the Nationalpowerlifting championship in Orlando,100% Raw federation; 2006.
