Training

OUR PROGRAM:

ZeeFit conditioning programs include the application of resistance, plyometrics, agility, and speed training. Resistance training involves resistance bands, free weights, weight machines, medicine balls, and bodyweight exercises. This helps young athletes improve their athletic performance, appearance, and long-term health and prevent injuries.

We provide properly supervised, developmentally appropriate strength and conditioning programs for the youth of all ages and abilities. Our training adapts an LTAD-type model to the specific youngster or team, we provide a healthy, positive strength and conditioning experience that will benefit young athletes in the long run.
